MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION:
The whole set is made of expensive exotic IROKO wood. IROKO wood, medium in weight, has good mechanical properties, medium hardness, high durability and moisture resistance. Its color, particularly attractive, is golden-light brown with sharp light lines. However due to its increased photosensitivity it gradually darkens to a richer brown over time. IROKO is a type of tree of tropical – central and western – Africa, which belongs to the broad-leaved species and can live up to 500 years and reaches a height of 30-40 meters.
MAINTENANCE:
All the construction materials of this composition are user-friendly making maintenance easy. IROKO in particular is an extremely durable wood and does not require regular maintenance with oils or varnish when used outdoors. For this reason, a dusting and passing with a damp cloth will make the whole set look like new.
