GENERAL TERMS
1. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
2. Products that are not in their original condition will not be accepted.
3. The product must have been purchased from PanOikos.
4. The product must be accompanied by its original packaging.
5. For products that require assembly, such as furniture, lighting, etc., a thorough check of all components is recommended before starting assembly, ensuring that all parts are complete and the external packaging, such as cardboard boxes and bags, is in excellent condition.
Any assembly process cancels the return option for the product.
6. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for pillows and toilet seats.
7. Bedding must not have been washed or used.

3. Send the package with any courier service of your choice, with shipping costs at your expense.

B. IN CASE OF DEFECT / DAMAGE

2. Send us a photo of the product showing the defect to [email protected].
3. Carefully package the product for safe shipping.
4. Send the package via the courier or transport company that served you, with recipient-paid shipping.
