This coloring has been done with a double “painter” coating, while the surface is water repellent highlighting the uniqueness of this table. Finally, this beautiful slightly chamfered surface is supported (screwed) on 3 clear ACRYLIC feet that protrude from the perimeter. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The surface is made of MDF. MDF (Medium Density Fiber) is a modern consumer material that is very often chosen for interior furniture. Its main characteristics are that it absorbs minimal moisture, has homogeneity in its mass, satisfactory mechanical properties, excellent smoothness and many processing possibilities.
The legs are acrylic. Acrylic, also known as plexiglass, is a type of shatter-resistant, flexible plastic — this material is strong and unlikely to break. Acrylic also tends to be even more transparent than glass and is derived from polypropylene.
MAINTENANCE:
A regular dusting and a wipe down with a damp cloth, it is enough to maintain the table. For the surface, you can also use mild commercial cleaners, but not on the acrylic legs where, as mentioned, a wipe with a damp cloth is ideal.
