Mindi is an expensive type of wood on the market and is known for its amazing strength and durability. Mindi wood is also known as chinaberry, faux, cedarwood, sycamore, marindi wood, geringging and white cedar. The main origin of Mindi wood is Holland. Today, Mindi wood is found in various parts of the world, including India, Asia and North America. The outer layer of Mindi wood (sapwood) is yellowish-white in color. Whereas, the inner layer of Mindi wood (hard wood) has a reddish color which eventually turns to reddish brown after some time and exposure to light.

nThe fact that MINDI is included in hardwoods makes it very easy to maintain. All it needs is a dusting and when necessary a cleaning with a damp cloth.
