MANUFACTURING MATERIAL:
The surface is made of HPL. This is none other than bakelite also known as laminate which is a coating material made of synthetic resin, durable and hard. Its real name, then, is High Pressure Laminate ‘HPL’. Bakelite is boards covered with sheets of synthetic materials that look like wood. As a material it is very economical and has a matte or glossy finish. It is placed on MDF or novopan with special resins and has a huge variety of colors and imitations of wood or other designs. Its main characteristics are its resistance to impacts, abrasion and stains, its resistance to the creation of bacteria and finally its color stability to light and artificial lighting. It also shows resistance to high temperatures, with excellent resistance to fire, scratches and particularly high water resistance.

Before installing the screws, you should check their size to avoid damaging the surface.
(If installed wrong screws the surface will be damaged as the screws will penetrate it.To avoid damage to the product it is recommended to check the screw size before it is installed on the surface, even if the screws are from our company or you buy them from trade.)
